surprisingly charming!

I found the breakfast to be very good. Everyone seemed to enjoy it. the rooms were also quite nice and clean enough for a comfortable stay. the staff replaced a dish without arguments when i found a hair in it. there is a pool area too. Swimming lovers will definitely love that!

The location is convenient. It is near several markets, sports facilities, and heritage sites. a 7-eleven is nearby, really handy for quick needs. transportation is easy. Baht buses are accessible right outside the door.

The hotel staff, especially at reception, are very kind and provide excellent treatment. they always smile and are very cooperative. This.!! the room cleaning service was also efficient. It was done every day.

The open buffet breakfast is very nice. I highly recommend it. the coffee machines are perfect for a quick caffeine fix. there is also a cafe in the hotel where the food is good. The service there is commendable too.

the receptionist, a male staff, was friendly and professional. check-in was efficient, and the reception area was bright and clean. our room had a comfortable bed mattress, a refreshing change. the hotel cleaners cleaned our bedroom regularly.
i noticed there was no wardrobe or iron in the room. the location is not ideal for families. it felt too far from a decent beach and close to an unpleasant part of town. SOME guests stunk of weed.

the breakfast was acceptable.
The noise levels were AWFUL. my room faced the street. Traffic sounds made sleeping difficult. the thin windows offered little insulation, so noise really got through. plus, some guests seemed unable to close doors quietly.

The room was very clean and well-kept. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options including eggs sticks and dumplings. Free parking was available which added convenience to my stay.
The traffic noise was noticeable from the room even on higher floors. This made sleeping difficult at times. I suggest bringing earplugs.

The room was very clean. It had large windows. there is a larger swimming pool on the ground floor. the breakfast buffet included good quality items.
the hotel is a little far from places if you don't have transport! though songthaew stops right outside.

The night shift receptionist was helpful. She arranged transportation when an early check-in wasn't possible. kitchen staff were attentive and accommodating to all requests. rooms are spacious and very clean. the hotel's location is convenient, offering easy access to both jomtien and south beach via a short tuk-tuk ride.
I found that the traffic noise was noticeable, even though my room faced the pool. sunlight entered the room early, even with the curtains closed. This made it difficult to sleep past 7 am.

The outdoor area was clean. The pool water was a comfortable temperature. breakfast included a variety of options. I saw both western and thai dishes available. there is a 7-eleven convenience store very close by.

the cleaning staff maintained high standards of cleanliness. when i had questions, the receptionists were friendly. i noticed that the staff were accommodating to all my requests, providing prompt and efficient assistance .
